The BSc (Hons) Construction Management programme provides a comprehensive understanding of how construction projects are planned, managed, and delivered from concept to completion. You will study key areas such as construction technology, project planning, cost control, contracts, health and safety, sustainability, and quality management.

The course develops your ability to manage time, budgets, resources, and people, while ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards. Through practical learning, case studies, and industry-focused assignments, you will gain real-world insight into modern construction practices and project delivery methods.

Strong emphasis is placed on leadership, decision-making, risk management, problem-solving, and communication, preparing you to work effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Graduates are well-positioned for careers as construction managers, site managers, project coordinators, contract managers, or quantity surveying assistants, and the programme also provides a solid foundation for postgraduate study and professional accreditation within the construction and built environment sectors.
