HND Business Management
The HND Business Management programme is designed for students seeking a practical and career-focused qualification in business. It provides a solid foundation in core business principles while developing the skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive workplace.
The programme also provides clear progression pathways: successful completion allows students to advance onto a BA/BSc (Hons) Business Management degree or pursue careers in business, administration, marketing, operations, or entrepreneurship.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or older and meet one of the following criteria:
A Level 3 qualification, such as A-Levels (at least one pass) or a BTEC National/Extended Diploma in Business or a related subject
An Access to Higher Education Certificate from a recognised institution (accepted in place of A-Levels)
Other relevant Level 3 qualifications or equivalent international qualification
Mature applicants (21+)
Applicants aged 21 and over may be considered without standard academic qualifications if they can demonstrate course commitment and 2 years of work experience, not necessarily related to the course.
All applicants must:
Pass an academic interview.
Demonstrate English language proficiency or complete an English assessment on campus
Assessment of Bachelor programmes is continuous and practical rather than based on a single final exam. Typical assessment methods include:
Written reports and essays
Class presentations
Project work and case studies
Group assignments
Portfolios and reflective journals
In-class activities and practical tasks
This course is structured around units or modules, where students are assessed as they complete each topic — often through a combination of assignments and project work rather than only exams.
