What You'll Actually Learn
This degree blends the study of human behaviour with practical business skills, exploring how people think, make decisions, and interact within organisations. You’ll build a strong foundation in strategy, leadership, marketing, and organisational operations, applying psychological principles to real business challenges through hands-on projects and case studies.
Alongside the psychology, you’ll build the transferable skills employers value most: analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, digital literacy, and project planning. Graduates move into human resources, management, marketing, business analysis, or consultancy, or continue to postgraduate study.

- 100% free guidance from a dedicated advisor

Before You Apply
Entry Requirements and How You're Assessed
You’ll need to be 18 or older, plus one of the following:
- A Level 3 qualification, such as A-Levels (at least one pass) or a BTEC National or Extended Diploma in Business or a related subject
- An Access to Higher Education Certificate from a recognised institution (accepted in place of A-Levels)
- Another relevant Level 3 qualification, or an equivalent international qualification
If you’re 21 or older, we can consider your application without standard academic qualifications, as long as you have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Every applicant (standard or mature) needs to pass a short academic interview and show a good enough level of English, either through a qualification you already have or an assessment we arrange.
There’s no single make-or-break final exam. You’re assessed continuously, through the kind of work you’d actually do in a job:
- Written reports and essays
- Class presentations
- Project work and case studies
- Group assignments
- Portfolios and reflective journals
- In-class activities and practical tasks
The course is broken into units, so you’re assessed as you complete each one, not by cramming everything into exam season.
