Before You Apply
Entry Requirements and How You're Assessed
You’ll need to be 18 or older, plus one of the following:
- A Level 3 qualification, such as A-Levels (at least one pass) or a BTEC National or Extended Diploma in a related subject
- An Access to Higher Education Certificate from a recognised institution
- Another relevant Level 3 qualification, or an equivalent international qualification
If you’re 21 or older, we can consider your application without standard academic qualifications, as long as you can show relevant experience or commitment to the course.
Every applicant needs to pass a short academic interview and show a good enough level of English, either through a qualification you already have or an assessment we arrange.
There’s no single make-or-break final exam. You’re assessed continuously, through the kind of work you’d actually do in a job:
- Written reports and essays
- Class presentations
- Project work and case studies
- Group assignments
- Portfolios and reflective journals
- In-class activities and practical tasks
The course is broken into units, so you’re assessed as you complete each one, not by cramming everything into exam season.
